VADIM V. ILYUSHIN
Doctor of science in the field of physics and mathematics, professor

Education:
1995 graduated from the Radiophysical faculty of Kharkov State University;
1995–1998 postgraduate student at Quantum Radiophysics Department of the same university;
2001 - Ph.D. degree in the sphere of physics and mathematics with the theme "Radiospectroscopy of the CH2CHCN, CH3COOH, CF3CFH2 and CH3CF2Cl molecules in the millimeter-wave range".
2015 - Doctor of sciences degree in the sphere of physics and mathematics with the theme «Radiospectroscopy of nonrigid molecules in millimeter and submillimeter wave ranges».

Employment:
-Since 1998 employed at the Institute of Radio Astronomy of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IRA NASU) as an engineer;
-since 2000 as a junior scientific researcher (IRA NASU);
-since 2003 as a scientific researcher (IRA NASU).
-since 2006 as a senior scientific researcher (IRA NASU).
-since 2012 – present as a head of scientific department (IRA NASU).

Teaching:
- since 2016 V.N. Karazin Kharkov National University (Ukraine) , a special course «High resolution microwave and laser spectroscopy».

Research Interests: molecular spectroscopy (molecules of astrophysic and atmospheric interest); intramolecular large amplitude motions.

Professional Activities: Member of Editorial Advisory Board of Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy, 2011-2014.

Ilyushin V.V. is a coauthor of more than 50 scientific publications. In 2010 he got a L.V. Shubnikov prize of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the field of experimental physics.
